We have been visiting the clinic with our baby since almost 4 months of age. We traveled twice to the clinic in Vilnius, had one remote consultation, and the next visit is already scheduled in two months. We are from Šiauliai, but the distance between cities doesn't matter when you receive thorough examination, care, advice, and genuine communication! I was looking for a clinic based on location because my teenage daughter needed exercises. I am thankful to God and circumstances that it worked out not just for the convenience of the location, but also for the quality. We were immediately referred to specialist Lina. At the time, my daughter was 13 years old and diagnosed with approximately 25-degree scoliosis in the thoracic and lumbar regions with rotation. The goal of the orthopedic doctor and rehabilitation specialist was to stop the progression so that surgery wouldn't be needed. They cautiously spoke about correction and only a very slight one. Both the treatment plan of physical therapist Lina, who specializes in working with children diagnosed with scoliosis, and the rehabilitation doctor's method aligned – a hard brace and exercises. The exercises followed the Schroth method. My daughter has been attending exercises with Lina for more than a year now. She wears the brace 20-23 hours a day. The key condition for wearing the brace is doing the exercises; otherwise, the muscles will atrophy, and the result could be the opposite. The current result for my daughter – after spending a day without the brace and getting an X-ray, the lumbar curve is approximately 11 degrees, and the thoracic curve is about 20 degrees. I still remember the joy felt by me, my daughter, Lina, and even the clinic's receptionist when we saw the X-rays – it was proof that the hard work was paying off, and we were on the right track! Our entire family is grateful to physical therapist Lina, who is not only a professional in her field but also caring and responsible. She cares for our daughter more than her duties require, checking in on her general well-being, health, and motivating her, always finding a way to connect with a teenager. It's been almost a year that I've been exercising at this clinic nearly every week. Thanks to the wonderful specialist Lina, I want to share my progress, which not only I but even my coach has noticed, who admitted that I’ve made great strides! I can say that I have finally embraced daily exercise, and the exercises that once filled me with fear, and sometimes laughter because I couldn't do them, have now become some of my favorites, and I almost include them in my daily routine! I had issues with my lower back. Massages and physiotherapy would only slightly reduce the stiffness. After the first visit to the clinic and just a few days of doing some physical exercises at home, I felt a more significant positive impact than after 10 massages. Now I do the exercises every day, and the pain is gradually decreasing.

Even before our baby was born, I knew we would attend physical therapy exercises together because I had read a lot about their benefits for little ones (and not just for them). Based on our baby's development, the exercises weren’t required for us, but I decided not to change my decision – and I am still happy with that choice. We started attending exercises from a young age. Changing circumstances brought us to Active Movement Physical Therapy Clinic. I had used the clinic’s services before when I had back pain. Remembering the professional help provided, the qualified staff, who not only treat but also offer advice, and the calm atmosphere – I had no doubts or second thoughts about continuing Elija's exercises here. I am still happy with the clinic’s services, and so is my little one.

Thanks to the exercises and friendship with physical therapist Lina, Elija has become very physically strong, and we have been able to address weaker areas early, which we started working on diligently. From a young age, Elija has eagerly and repeatedly practiced all the exercises, even at home, which has helped her quickly familiarize herself with and begin exploring the world around her. Thanks to the exercises and massages during infancy, she quickly discovered what she could do, what her little hands and feet were capable of, how to stand up properly, how to take her first confident steps, how to climb ladders, walk and balance on a soft narrow path, jump lightly, and perform many other fun exercises. It’s wonderful to see Elija confidently applying the skills she’s learned during playtime on the playground or just while being outdoors.

As a mother, my hope was for my child to grow stronger, develop, and for the exercises to take into account her needs and moods, as there are all kinds of days. Physical therapist Lina has exceeded all my expectations. Elija and I are both very happy with this friendship. Lina always shares targeted advice, points out what to focus on, answers my questions, and always takes into account Elija’s mood and needs, successfully engaging her, which requires a lot of patience. The time spent is always meaningful in every way.

Elija and I are always excited to head to the clinic. The atmosphere there is warm and calming, with very professional, organized, and friendly staff, which makes us always want to return. If we couldn’t come in, they were always quick to find an alternative. As Elija has grown, she now eagerly takes off her coat as soon as she enters the door and runs to the gym. She doesn’t even wait to be told what exercises to do – she willingly starts doing them one after another and looks forward to trying new ones. As a mother, this is a wonderful outcome of all the effort put in, Lina’s ability to engage Elija with various exercises, and the cozy atmosphere that children pick up on easily.

Both Elija and I are extremely happy that we chose this clinic and highly recommend it to families with little ones, as well as to those looking for high-quality physical therapy services, consultations, and a welcoming environment.

I came in with a neck injury. I couldn't move my neck much. After just one month, I noticed a significant improvement.

I can highly recommend this clinic. The reception staff is friendly and professional. The clinic looks great, there is a family home-like atmosphere. When I registered, I had severe neck and shoulder pain. I had to take painkillers daily, I was unable to sleep, certain movements were very painful, and my left arm often went completely numb. After a couple of months, I felt a dramatic change. My therapist took a holistic perspective, and we built up an exercise routine that is compatible with my daily life and doable during working hours. Now I am able to do sports again, and I can control the pain without painkillers. I’m very grateful for Jurgita, my amazing therapist.
