Exercise is an extremely beneficial activity for the body. A person who exercises can develop better resistance to illness and injury, and improve their body flexibility. Typically, those who work out feel more alert and energetic. You’re probably also thinking about starting to exercise but haven’t taken the first step. Although your environment may encourage you to be active, it doesn’t necessarily guide you towards the right form of activity. In our view, each person’s relationship with exercise is unique. If you’ve experienced injuries or illnesses that make you feel isolated, you likely won’t want to go where others, who don’t understand your situation, are exercising. Even if your body feels the need to move, taking the first step can be difficult. If you don’t know where to start, visit us—our specialists will assess, advise, and create a treatment and wellness plan to help you achieve good results. Even if your goal is simply to become physically active, wellness groups are designed for you.

  • Registration: by phone or online;
  • Assessment: 60 min. The goal of the procedure is to evaluate your functional capacity before starting wellness exercises;
  • In wellness exercises, you’ll learn to work with your body weight, various sports equipment, and how to perform exercises correctly. Individualized exercises will be assigned to strengthen less capable systems;
  • Follow-up consultations: 45 min. Progress will be evaluated;
  • Recommendations will be provided for active sports.

Why should you consider wellness groups? Firstly, compared to individual physiotherapy sessions, the cost of group wellness sessions is more favorable for the client. Secondly, in a small group setting, not only does a bond develop between the patient and the specialist (in this case, the physiotherapist), but also between the group members. They support, encourage, and provide energy and additional motivation to each other.

At our clinic, results are constantly reviewed, and additional wellness consultations are provided. The wellness consultation specialist, along with other experts, will assess the individual patient’s progress. The clinic’s specialists can create exercise programs not only for the clinic but also for the desired sports center.
